Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, compensation, training, and work environment on employees’ performances at PT. Cimory. The sample in this study amounted to 60 employees who work at PT. Cimory using a questionnaire for data collection. The sampling technique used in this study is random sampling, which is sampling from members of the population that is done randomly regardless of the population’s levels. Data analysis techniques used in this study are validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, double linear regression, t test, F test, determinant coefficient test. The results of this study show that the style of leadership variable is significant Employee Performance, Compensation variable is significant to Employee Performance, training variables significant to employee Performance, work environment variables is significant to Employee Performance.
