Abstract
The organizational climate is an employee`s perception of an internal enviorment in a organization where it effects individual behaviour and also as an identity of a organization (Hardjana, 2006). The climatic situation in the organization affects the individual's copyrights in innovating and creating a product, but it is often ignored by the company. Looking at the problem, the research aims to find out how climate dynamics organizations are in the creative industry. This research uses qualitative methods of descriptive and data collection process using interviews. Location of research in Batik Merak Manis`s company. The results of this research show the form of the organization's climate, there are the company's employees, individual behaviour, less open mind to give advice or ideas, loyalty, appreciation, attendance/presence, dishonesty, conflict. Factors affecting the organization's climate are family corporate, communication barriers, leadership, professionalism of work, responsibilities, corporate regulations. The impacts are feeling embarrassed and less comfortable working, interrupted the communication process between the work unit, the production process was stunted, the other staff must concurrently the task of staff who do not enter, debate between staffs or leader, employees more loyal with company.
