Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, budget participation, budget target clarity, and organizational culture on the performance of regional apparatus officials in Bojonegoro Regency. This research was conducted at the Bojonegoro Regency Government. The population of this research is the regional government officials who hold echelon II, III, and IV positions in Bojonegoro Regency. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with a sample size of 63 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression using SPPS version 20. The results showed that the compensation variable, clarity of budget targets, and organizational culture did not influence the performance of regional apparatus apparatus in Bojonegoro Regency, while budgetary participation affected the performance of regional apparatus apparatus in the district Bojonegoro.
