Abstract
This study aims to describe the characteristics of accounting teacher pedagogical competencies at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta at 2013 Curriculum. This type of research is qualitative research, namely research that produces analytical procedures that do not use statistical analysis procedures or other quantification methods. The subjects of this study were productive accounting teachers, deputy head of curriculum and class XI students. Data collection uses passive participation observation techniques, indept interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in a single site-based research with qualitative data analysis. Based on the results of research on the characteristics of accounting teacher pedagogical competencies in the implementation of 2013 Curriculum in SMK Batik 2 Surakarta as follows: 1) characteristics of teacher pedagogical competence in getting to know students' character closely are able to support the 2013 Curriculum; 2) characteristics of accounting teacher pedagogical competence in preparing lesson plan able to support the 2013 Curriculum; 3) Characteristics of teacher pedagogical competence in accounting learning are able to support the 2013 Curriculum; 4) characteristics of teacher pedagogical competence in carrying out learning with a scientific approach (5M) and 21st Century learning skills (4C) able to support the 2013 Curriculum; 5) characteristics of teacher pedagogical competence in designing evaluation of learning by making questions and its grids in the form of written tests capable of supporting the 2013 Curriculum.
