Abstract
This study is titled Application of the Jigsaw Cooperative Learning Model to Differences in Student Learning Achievement in Economic Subjects in Class XI of Senior High School 2 Wonogiri. This study aims to determine whether there are differences in student achievement in the use of Jigsaw Cooperative learning models in economic subjects in class XI IPS Senior High School 2 Wonogiri on the subject of Economic Growth and Development in Indonesia The method used in this study is quasi-experimental (quasi-experimental) with the One-Shoot Case Study research design. The population in this study was students of class XI IPS of Senior High School 2 Wonogiri, while the sample in this study was students of class XI IPS 1 as the experimental class . with the number of students as many as 35 students.Data student achievement data obtained from the value of the document and the value of the test results. Data collection techniques using observation, tests, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used to test the results of this study used the Independent Sample t-Test. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in student achievement in using the Jigsaw Cooperative learning model compared to conventional models. This is evidenced by the value of the t test results which showed a significant difference. From these calculations it was obtained tcount = 5.094 while ttable = 1.995, with a significant level of 5%. So that when entered in the formula Hypothesis tcount> ttable so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The conclusion is that there is a significant difference between the value of documents with the value of economic learning achievement tests using the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model in class XI IPS 1 students of Senior High School 2 Wonogiri. This proves that the first hypothesis which states "There is an increase in student learning achievement in the use of Jigsaw type cooperative learning models in economic subjects in class XI IPS Senior High School 2 Wonogiri
