Abstract
Islamic work ethics is the emanation of the faith that comes from the Islamic faith system, which is used as a basic attitude towards work so that it can be built into an Islamic work ethic. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. Organizational citizenship behavior is a noble, altruistic, and productive action or behavior that is shown by employees in an organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Islamic work ethics on employee performance and OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behavior) at Perum Perhutani KPH Gundih. The research method is descriptive method with the sampling technique used is probability sampling. The population of this research is all employees of Perum Perhutani KPH Gundih. The sample used was 110 employees of Perum Perhutani KPH Gundih. The results of this study indicate that Islamic work ethics has a significant effect on employee performance. Islamic work ethics also significantly influences OCB.
