Abstract
Teacher performance and competence assume the main responsibility in transforming student orientation from ignorance to knowing. The purpose of this study is to: (1) Determine the significant relationship between teacher pedagogical competence and teacher performance in SD N Dabin II, Kradenan District, Grobogan Regency. (2) Knowing a significant relationship between teacher professional competence and teacher performance in SDN Dabin II, Kradenan District, Grobogan Regency (3) Knowing significantly between pedagogical competence and teacher professional competence on teacher performance in SDN Dabin II SDN Kradenan District, Grobogan Regency. This research is a quantitative research. The population is 74, namely all SD N Dabin II Elementary Teachers. The sample consisted of 42 Dabin II teachers. Sampling is done by simple random sampling method. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using the F test with a significant level of 5%. The results obtained: (1) there is a significant relationship between teacher pedagogical competence with teacher performance of 0.632. (2) there is a significant relationship between teacher professional competence and teacher performance by 0.529. (3) there is a significant relationship between pedagogical competence and professional competence with teacher performance by 47.2%.
