Abstract

The research aims to describe the financial management plan, the implementation of financial management, and the evaluation of financial management at SD Muhammadiyah Plus Malangjiwan. This research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive research design. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data using triangulation techniques and source triangulation. Data analysis techniques using interactive analysis techniques. The steps of this research data analysis technique are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are that the funding planning process is budgeted at the beginning of the year. Of the funds obtained are allocated to meet the needs budgeted in the RKAS for one year. The process of implementing financing management is the source of funds for the Muhammadiyah Plus Malangjiwan Elementary School coming from internal schools, the government, and other sources. School internal funds from SPP funds and new student entrance fees. Funds from the government are BOS funds from the central government and regional governments. Other sources of assistance come from voluntary and non-binding donations. The process of evaluating financial management at SD Muhammadiyah Plus Malangjiwan is open. Constraints in the implementation of financing management at SD Muhammadiyah Plus Malangjiwan are parents, disbursement of BOS funds, unresolved reporting, and lack of school administration staff. The solution to the financing management constraints is the high level of parental awareness, giving bills to parents who are late paying administration, completing reports on time, and adding administrative staff.
