Abstract
The high turnover rate at PT X Boyolali during the January-August 2018 period is 4%, while the company has an ideal turnover target of 2%. Based on the results of an interview with ex-employees SU and AA respondents said that the attitude of the leaders at PT X Boyolali who tend not to want to know the problems faced by employees This study aimed to determine the relationship between authoritarian leadership styles with turnover intentions. The hypothesis of this study was the relationship between authoritarian leadership style and employee turnover intentions at PT X Boyolali. The method of this study was correlational quantitative with a measurement of authoritarian leadership style scale and turnover intention. The subjects of this study were taken with a quota sampling technique totaling 50 people. The analysis of this study used Pearson product moment correlation techniques, and the result showed that there is a very significant positive relationship between authoritarian leadership style and turnover intentions on employees of PT X Boyolali, seen from data analysis which shows the correlation results rxy = 0.613 and p = 0,000 (p <0.01).
