Abstract
Human resources are the most important component that must be owned by a company to achieve targeted success. In the modern era, there are many changes that occur both that affect the company or the performance of employees. A good relationship between employees in an organization or what we can call Organization Citizenship Behavioral (OCB) can be an important factor in improving employee performance. While the emotional maturity possessed by employees can also be important to know how the performance shown by employees. When the emotional maturity of an employee is high, employees will show an attitude of tolerance and tend to use the behavior of the Organization Citizenship Behavioral (OCB) properly. This research aims to determine the positive relationship between emotional maturity and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) behavior in employees in a company. The informants of this study were 150 employees from PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Surakarta by filling out a questionnaire which was divided into 2 parts. The method used to obtain data in this study is the psychological scale. The appropriate scale model used in this study is the attitude scale model Likert. The results of this study are the correlation coefficient 0.577 p = 0.000 (p ≤ 0.01). These results indicate that there is a significant positive relationship between emotional maturity with Organization Citizenship Behavioral (OCB).
