Abstract

Background: Lumbar Spinal Stenosis (LSS) is a disease that usually arises and is experienced by middle-aged patients, which occurs due to the narrowing of the Spinal canal slowly starting from the thickening of the ligament, the enlarged facet joints, and A prominent discus. Objectives: Knowing the benefits of Microwave Diathermy, Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation, exercise therapy, and NeuroMuscular Taping to lower the pain and improve the scope of motion of joints in the case of Lumbar Spinal Stenosis. Results: After therapy 3 times there is a decrease in the press of T1:5 to T3:3 and the motion pain from T1:6 to T3:4,5. For the sphere of motion obtained the results of the flexion movement from T1:8 to T3:12, extension Movement of T1:3 to T3:2, the lateral movement of flexion dextra from T1:9 to T3:11, and laterally flexion sinistra from T1:11 to T3:13. Conclusion: The provision of modalities of Microwave Diathermy, Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation, Exercise Therapy, and NeuroMuscular Taping may decrease pain and scope of motion of joints in the case of Lumbar Spinal Stenosis.
