Abstract

The objectives of this research are (1) to describe the planning of learning management based on teaching factory ; (2) to describe the implementation of learning management based on teaching factory and (3) to describe the evaluation of learning management based on teaching factory. This research uses qualitative method and case study approach. The data collecting uses in-depth interview, observation and documentation.Data Analysis uses interactive model. While step in analysing dataincludes data reduction, data display and conclusion. The results of the research indicate that; (1) the planning of learning management based on teaching factory uses curriculum 2013, basic competency and potential analyses synchronized with industrial need (2) the implementation of learning management based on teaching factory contains the improvement of human resources aspect, partnership, facilities, product and marketing in-line with the planning; and (3) the evaluation of learning management based on teaching factory states that the implementation process is running well. The obstacles found is semi-block scheduling so that it needs to be improved by applying full block scheduling in order to improve the quality of learning.
