Abstract
The high academic burden given to new students makes some students face difficulties so that not a few students skip classes, make noise in class and disturb their friends who are learning because they feel uneasy studying at the cottage. This research aims to prove empirically the relationship between religious support and emotional maturity with the academic adjustment of students. The hypothesis is that there is a relationship between the social support of Ustadzah and emotional maturity with the academic adjustment of students. The sampling technique of this study was using incidental sampling, totaling 128 class 1 MTs students aged 11-13 years. Data collection uses the scale of ustadzah social support, emotional maturity scale, and academic adjustment scale. The results of the multiple regression analysis in the study showed that there was a relationship between the ustadzah's social support and emotional maturity together which contributed to the students' academic adjustment. Hypothesis testing the correlation between Ustadzah social support with academic adjustment there is a significant positive relationship. And the correlation test between emotional maturity with academic adjustment there is a significant positive relationship. However, not all factors of Ustadzah social support and emotional maturity can support academic adjustment, this is because there are 60.5% of other factors that can influence academic adjustment in female students..
