Abstract

Spinach Chips "Khasanah" Industrial Industry is a specialty of spinach chips production located in Sumber village 12 RT RW 02 Sumber Simo Boyolali. The production is still small, the type of product produced is only one type is a problem that wants a solution. The purpose of this research is to develop the business wing of the repertoire industry to be more developed than before. Some of the methods used are the Business Mode Canvas method, which maps the profile of the repertoire industry. Results from Business Model Canvas are made as SWOT. The SWOT analysis provides information on several alternative strategies that must be done to develop the repertoire industry. The results of the alternative SWOT strategies selected the best three alternatives using the QSPM matrix. The results of the QSPM matrix show three main alternatives that the repertoire industry must do in order to develop from before. The three alternatives are: making additional products in addition to spinach chips, second using social media for online promotion and marketing media, thirdly making attractive packaging for entry in the center by.
