Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of user knowledge and involvement, information system quality, information quality, and perceived usefulness on user satisfaction of accounting software.. Kind of this research is quantitative research. Data collection tehniques used by quesioner. In this study the samples were 82 employees of 18 urban village that use accounting software. The sampling tehnique wan nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling. Data analysis methods used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that information quality variables influence user satisfaction of accounting software. And the variables of knowledge and user involvement, information system quality, and perceived usefulness do not affect the user satisfaction of accounting software.
