Abstract
The purpose of this study was to study the effect of family conflict, work stress, and organizational commitment on the performance of female employees in the production division of PT. Solo Murni Boyolali. This type of research is quantitative research, with a total of 300 female employees who are married with a sample of 110 people. The technique of delivering research data through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Based on the results of the calculation of the SPSS application program from the t test it was obtained work family conflict variables with a value of t -0.262 <t table 1.984 with a significance value (0.794)> 0.05; then H0 is accepted, work stress with the value of t -0.4489 < t table 1.984 with a significance value (0.626 > 0.05; then H0 is accepted, organizational commitment with a value of t 3.930 > t table 1.984 with a significance value (0,000) <0.05; then H0 is rejected. F test results Probability F count is significant abel Ftable (5.188 ≥ 3.07), so that this study is independent variables together with the dependent variable. The coefficient of determination obtained a result of 0.034 which means the variables of family conflict, work stress and organizational commitment can explain the variable employee performance by 3.4%. The rest can be reviewed by other variables not discussed in this study.
