Abstract

The research objective was to determine (1) the influence of apparatus performance on the level of community satisfaction, (2) the effect of service quality on the level of community satisfaction and (3) the influence of apparatus performance aspects and service quality together on community satisfaction levels. This type of research used associative causal research (cause and effect). The study population was all residents who were officially registered as communities in the Tulung Subdistrict area in the Tulung District office. The sample in the study were 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling where the chance of each individual to become a sampling is not the same, convenience sampling. The technique of collecting data uses a questionnaire. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of data analysis Based on the F test shows that the calculated F value is 27,984 greater Ftable of 3,090. This shows that the influence of Apparatus Performance and Service Quality on Community Satisfaction simultaneously. Based on the t test, it shows that the value of the variable variable Apparatus Performance is 5.344 and Service Quality is 2.814 and is 3.198 and the value of ttable = 1.985, this means that tcount> t table. From these results prove the first and second hypotheses are proven to be true which states that there is a positive and significant influence between apparatus performance and service quality on the level of community satisfaction in the tulung sub-district individually.
