Abstract
This study attempts to described: (1) communication between teachers, students, and parents, (2) coommunicatin between teachers and parents, (3) way turn student learning. The kind of this research is the qualitative study with the design ethnography. The source of information of this research is three teachers accounting, three the parents of students, and three students accounting. The technique of collecting data whick used in a working meeting with the objective of the observation, interview and documentation. The validity of the data using tringulasi. Data analysis techniquws include data reduction in use, presentation of data, conclusion, and verification. This research result is: (1) communication teachers, students, and parents students have run well, (2) communication teachers and parents students have run well, (3) way turn learn students have run well and teachers have teaching different. evidenced by openness teachers in communicating with students and parents there is no limit. Teachers have various ways to turn student learning. An old man too provide the motivation and complement each ther a key insight about learning facilities.
