Abstract
Human resources are an important factor in an agency or company. Human Resources (HR) is a central factor in an organization. Whatever forms and objectives of the organization are made based on various visions for the benefit of humans and in carrying out their mission managed and managed by humans. So, humans are a strategic factor in all organizational activities, implementers and controllers who always provide an active role in realizing the company's goals. Without leadership or guidance, the relationship between individual goals and organizational goals may be weak. A leader must be able to create a conducive atmosphere, provide enough attention, give an appreciation of work performance, establish good communication with all employees. The test results together based on the F test show that there are influences from Leadership, Training and work experience on Employee Performance with. This variable is able to explain variations in employee performance by 85.1%. Keyword: Leadership Behavior, Job Training, Work Experience, Employee Performance.
