Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of role conflict influences on performance, organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction. The sample in this study amounted to 134 Bhabinkamtibmas police who used a questionnaire for data collection. The sampling technique using probability convenience sampling method. Data analysis techniques use simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that: 1) role conflict has a positive influence on performance. 2) The existence of role conflict has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of the Karanganyar Regional Police Bhabinkamtibmas 3) The existence of role conflict has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction of the Karanganyar Police Bhabinkamtibmas
