Abstract
Education is the need of every child, education is also the right of every child, education can be given. There are no distinguished answers. Likewise with children who have special needs, children with special needs must get a more decent education. Children with special needs have the right to receive good education, Islamic education is needed, children need to be introduced to how a good and truly Islamic religion has such a disorder. In Sragen State SLB especially in class VII, there are 2 types of children who have special needs including deafness and mental retardation. Both have different disorders and treatments. The problems examined in this paper are what are the learning methods used in learning class VII PAI in Sragen State SLB, how the method is implemented, and what are the obstacles faced by class VII PAI teachers in implementing the learning method. The purpose of this study was to study what the PAI learning methods for Class VII in sragen State SLB, the implementation of the application of the VII grade PAI learning method in Sragen State SLB, and to promote the encouragement of VII grade PAI teachers in Sragen State SLB. In this study using field research and using qualitative research, the research methods are interviews, observation, and documentation. From the results of this study it can be concluded that in children with hearing impairment in using learning methods in the form of 4 types, namely audio visual methods, drill, demonstration and lecture. In its implementation it runs quite smoothly, according to the mood of students. Enthusiastic up and down students, sometimes excited do not care. Constraints that ask for help from teachers apply learning methods that many cool students themselves, asking only to be silent about the number of students who do not attend school. While for mentally retarded children in learning, they only use the lecture method, this is because the original teacher or teacher in the field of mental retardation has moved schools, so it is replaced temporarily by blind teachers who also have visual impairments, so learning is only by lectures. The implementation is quite smooth, there are students who pay attention but also do not care about the teacher. Antusiassis is very diverse, some are very enthusiastic but there are also those who are very helpful in learning and just lie down. Constraints that discuss the teacher are busy children, classes that are not conducive, and difficulties in communicating with students because of the difficulties experienced by the teacher.
