Abstract
Advertising is news to encourage, persuade the public to be interested in the goods and services offered. Advertising is often offered through various mass media, such as newspapers, magazines, radio, and television. The advertising language used in carbonated beverage products on television contains very interesting speech acts in the packaging in such a way as to be able to influence everyone who sees the advertisement buying the product offered. The purpose of this study was to describe the form of speech acts of decoction of carbonated beverage product advertisements on television and to explain the meaning of speech acts in the decoction of carbonated beverage product advertisements on television. Research is a type of descriptive research with qualitative methods. The data in this study are utterances or sentences that contain acts of perlokusi which are in advertisements of soft drinks products on television media. Data sources in this study are primary data and secondary data. While the data collection techniques using data collection techniques in this study are documentation methods and note note. The results of this study indicate that the number of perlukosi speech acts on carbonated drink advertisements is television there are 20 speech acts. Whereas based on its meaning it is known that the meaning of the perlukosi speech act found in the advertising of carbonated beverage products on television includes the meaning of the command, the meaning of giving advice or advice and the meaning stated.
