Abstract

In science learning in schools, students will be better understood if practicum is carried out in learning carried out in a science laboratory. The laboratory is expected to be able to support the teaching and learning process in order to achieve certain learning goals so that it can improve learning outcomes for students so that the quality of a good science laboratory is needed to support learning. The quality of the laboratory according to the standard is equipped with laboratory space, laboratory furniture, educational equipment, educational media and other equipment. The purpose to be achieved in this study is to determine the quality of the laboratory as a support for science learning in SMP 2 Banyudono Academic Year 2018/2019. The method in this study is direct observation in the science laboratory with the technique of collecting data by observation, interviews and documentation. Presentation of research data is presented descriptively. The results of the research on the quality of science laboratories in SMP 2 Banyudono Academic Year 2018/2019 have very good quality with a percentage score of 82.2%.
