Abstract

Companies are required to have excellence in order to be able to survive in the face of intense competition in this era of globalization. Organizational success is determined by the performance of human resources. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance. The type of data in this study is quantitative data that has been disseminated to all employees of the Regional Enterprise District Credit Board (PD. BKK) Sukoharjo Regency, where the population is also used as a sample in the study as many as 50 respondents studied. Data analysis in this study uses multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the leadership style has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
