Abstract

Background: Post operation Fracture Collum Femur Dextra with Austin Moore Prothese (AMP) installation is an operation by replacing Caput femoris with prothese, which is a metal or plastic material. In this case the modalities provided are Infrared (IR) and Isometric exercises. Objective: To find out about physiotherapy in reducing pain, increasing muscle strength. Joint Motion Scope and functional activity ability in postoperative femoral fracture patients with Austin Moore Prothese (AMP) placement. Results: After 4 sessions of therapy, the result was a reduction in motion pain T1: 5/7 to T4: 4/7, an increase in LGS in the dextra hip joint T1: S 15⁰-0⁰ – 8⁰ to T4: S 15⁰-0⁰ – 90⁰, increase in Harris Hip Score (HHS) TI: 65.0 to T4: 65.5.Conclusion: It can be concluded that the application of Infrared (IR) and Isometric Exercises modalities can help to reduce pain, the range of motion of the joints in patients postoperative Fracture Collum Femur with the installation of Austin Moore Prothese (AMP.
