Abstract
Productivity is the ability to produce something or called a product. The ability to produce products is influenced by several factors, one of which is fatigue. Work exhaustion is a condition that causes a decrease in capacity, welfare, and performance which are the effects of work activities. This can affect the ability of workers to produce something according to the specified target. The work system imposed by PT. Hansoll Indo Java is inefficient, this is evident from the frequent use of overtime employees due to not achieving production targets, it triggers employee fatigue which reduces work productivity. The purpose of this study is to see whether or not there is a relationship between fatigue and work productivity of PT. Hansoll Indo Java. The subjects of this study were employees at PT Hansoll Indo Java, especially in the sewing section, amounting to 10% to 15% of the total population. The measuring instrument used is the scale of fatigue as the independent variable and the work productivity scale as the dependent variable. The analytical method used is simple linear regression with the help of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) IBM 23 for Windows. The results of the study were tested by correlation test using SPSS, ie the results of the correlation values obtained were -0.223 with the Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.025 <0.05 so that the two variables had a significant relationship. This means that there is a negative relationship between the two variables, the higher the level of fatigue increases, the lower the productivity of work. So the conclusion of this study is "There is a relationship between work fatigue and employee productivity at PT. Hansoll Indo Java.
