Abstract
ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECT OF WORKING CAPITAL ON LIQUIDITY AT DIAN LANGGENG PRATAMA (FAHRENHEIT GROUP) Abstract This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of working capital that consist of variables Working Capital Turnover and Amount of Working Capital towards Liquidity At PT. Dian Langgeng Pratama (Fahrenheit Group) in Jakarta. The data in this study were obtained from financial statements from Dian Langgeng Pratama (Fahrenheit Group) for eight years starting from 2010 to 2017, with the processing data method from field research and literatures The data were analyzed using multiple linear analysis consisting of T Test, F Test and determination coefficient test (R2), and other analyzes included Classical Assumption Test, Analysis of working capital turnover, Amount of working capital analysis, and Liquidity Analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that jointly the working capital variable and the number of working capital variables have a significant influence on liquidity. Working capital turnover and the amount of working capital can explain Liquidity of 93.7% and 6.3% can be explained by other variables outside the model. The results of this study are expected to be a material consideration of the company in exercising control and supervision of the level of liquidity and use of working capital.
