Abstract

To foster creativity the students need to be given the opportunity to self-convening creatively, educators should be able to stimulate students to engage themselves in creative activities by helping to strive for the necessary facilities and infrastructure. Indeed, this religious teacher initiative is very useful for students and can foster students ' learning creativity in Islamic religious education subjects so that the importance of knowing how the teacher initiative relationship to student learning creativity At the Islamic religious Education course of class XI at SMK Sahid Surakarta, then the aim in this research is to relationship the teacher initiative to the learning creativity of students on the subject of Islamic religious education class XI at SMK Sahid Surakarta. This type of research is quantitative research. This research was conducted at SMK SAHID, Jl. Yosodipuro No. 87, Timuran, Banjarsari, Surakarta City, Central Java 57131 in December 2018. The student population of the class XI at SMK SAHID Surakarta and the number of samples in this research is the class XI students at SMK SAHID Surakarta as many as 45 students. The data analysis technique used in this research is Chi Square test. The results of the study showed the religious teachers initiative on Islamic religious Education courses in class XI at SMK SAHID Surakarta in good category. Students learn creativity in the course of Islamic religious education class XI at SMK SAHID Surakarta in good category. There is a teacher initiative relationship to student learning creativity in Islamic religious education class XI at SMK SAHID Surakarta as evidenced by (0.002) < 0.05 H0: Rejected.
