Abstract

He purpose of this research to: 1) know is there the influence of soft skills against the readiness of working class students XII SMK Batik 2 Surakarta. 2) know is there the influence of industrial work practices against the readiness of working class students XII SMK Batik 2 Surakarta. 3) know is there the influence of soft skills and work practices against readiness industry working class students XII SMK Batik 2 Surakarta. This kind of research with a design. quantitative surveyThe population in this research class students XII Accounting SMK Batik 2 Surakarta 76. interviewed students. This research study is the population for not wearing samples and sampling. The survey data collection techniques using. Before the survey distributed do piloting an instrument to find out valid or not and it is reliable or not using a test of validity and reliability test. Test a prerequisite analysis using normality, test test, homogeneity test, linearity and test it multikolinieritas. Technique data analysis using analysis linear regression double, t-test, the f, r2, contributions effective and contributions relatively. Based on the results of the analysis data is collected the regression equation is linear double as follows Y = 9,743 + 0,266 X1 + 0,321X2. That equation suggests that readiness work students influenced by soft skills and work practices students. Based on analysis and discussion can be concluded that: (1) there is the influence of soft skills to readiness work students .It is based on the analysis of linear double ( test t out that thitung; ttabel = 2,799 & gt; 1,669 and value significance & lt; 5 percent 0,007 with contributions that is relatively of 52,65 % and contributions effective 14,27 %. (2) there is the influence of work practices industry to readiness work students. It is based on the analysis of linear regression double ( test t out that thitung; ttabel = 2,259; 1,669 and value significance; 5 percent 0,009 with contributions that is relatively 47,34 %, and contributions effective 12,83 %. (3) there is the influence of soft skills and practices industrial work against readiness work students. It is based on the analysis of linear regression double ( test f out that thitung; ttabel namely 28,178; 3,128 and value significance in; 0.05 namely 0,000. Koefisiensi of determination (r2) as much as 0,276 or 27,6 % while 72,4 % the rest influenced by the fact that of other variables that do not be researched.
