Abstract

Myogenic Low Back is lower back pain caused by a disruption of the musculoskeletal element without accompanied by a neurological disorder. Myogenic low back pain is caused by excessive activity, such as a wrong sitting position, too long bowing for a long duration, resulting in disrupted activities during work. Therapeutic aquatic is a therapeutic method using water at temperatures around 33-37 ° C. This type of research uses a quasi experimental design method using two pre-test and post-test with control group design. The sample in this study were 20 respondents divided into 10 treatment groups and control groups. Pain measurement instruments are Visual Analog Scale (VAS). Based on statistical tests showed the effect of therapeutic aquatic administration with p <0.05. The paired sample t-test in the treatment group 0,000 and the control group obtained 0.443. Conclusion: there is an effect of therapeutic aquatic administration on decreased pain in myogenic LBP.
