Abstract

Introduction: Heart failure is one of the fastest increasing cardiovascular diagnoses . On By 2015 as many as 17.7 million people died with failed heart as primary causes and number this continue increase in a manner stable. Failed heart often associated with its height frequency home care sick and the length of the length. Indication hospitalization for heart failure patients and the best time to repatriate patients should still consider aspects of patient safety, cost savings, as well as losses due to elongation of the long duration of hospitalization (such as nosocomial infections and worsening physical condition).Purpose: For knowing old picture of the day treated in a patient's hospital Failed Heart in Dr. MoewardiHospitalSurakarta .MethodResearch:this is research quantitative with approach descriptive . Research held on April 23 - May 6 2019. The sample of this study was 74 heart failure patients who were hospitalized at Dr. Moewardi Hospital Surakarta.Results: long days treat it then researcher divide to be two group the length of stay is ≤ 9 days and > 9 days . patient with length of stay ≤ 9 days is as many as 57 respondents and length of stay > 9 days were 17 respondents.Conclusion: From 74 respondents research there are 68 respondents with take care stay reset it one time inside one year and 6 respondents who treated stay reset it more from one time inside time one year last one .
