Abstract
Teachers in kindergarten has important role to enhance kids ability especially in golden age phase. Golden age phase is knowing as the most important kids phase because this is the most optimum time to develop and learn around then bring them as a basic knowledge in kids life. Also, teachers has to maximize the golden age phase which happen in the kindergarten age with using various learn methods and involve parents to join their kids educational programs to develop kids school readiness. This research aims to helps teachers as an evaluation and reference in occupy their role to develop kids school readiness. This research use descriptive qualitative method. In this research, 4 informanst were help with these criteria: (a) registered as teacher in TK Aisyah 14 Danukusman Serengan, Surakarta; (b) active in teaching-learning activity at school; (c) understand all applied learning methods. The data were analyze using content analyze. Based on research findings teacher role to develop kids school readiness using various learn methods as in outing class, demonstrating/practice, classic, etc and involve parent role to maximize it. The result turn out kids have mathematical readiness, literacy readiness, speech readiness, emotionally readiness, also social readiness which will be needed in elementary school. Kids readiness also happen as achievement predictor in their next educational stage. In the future, case study can be used as a methods to get whole information from all parties as in teachers, kids, and parents to get accurat result.
