Abstract
The purpose of this study is to test and analyze: (1) differences in the influence of student mathematics learning outcomes seen from two different learning strategies (Two Stay Two Stray and Student Team Achievement Division), (2) differences in the influence of mathematics learning outcomes seen from the level of mathematical communication skills , (3) the influence of the interaction between strategy and mathematical communication skills on Mathematics learning outcomes. This research is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design. The population of this study were all 11th grade students of SMA N 1 Kartasura. Two classes were chosen to sample this study with purposeful sampling. The first class is treated using the TSTS strategy and the second class uses the STAD strategy. Data collection is done using tests, questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using differences in cell variance from cells by 5%. The conclusions of this study are: (1) there are differences in influence on Mathematics learning outcomes seen from two different learning strategies (TSTS and STAD), TSTS strategies provide better results from mathematics learning outcomes than STAD strategies, (2) no influence Mathematics learning outcomes are seen from the level of students' mathematical communication skills. (3) there is no influence of the interaction between the strategy and the level of mathematical communication skills on the learning outcomes of mathematics.
