Abstract
The research aims to find: (1) The effect of teacher training on the quality of learning, (2) The effect of education level on the quality of learning, (3) The effect of teacher training and level of education on the quality of learning. The type of this research is qualitative with design using census research. The sample of research is taken from all of population which is 45 teachers in SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Klaten Utara. The technique of collecting data uses questionnaire and documentation. The technique of analyzing data uses multiple regression analysis test t, test F.R2, relative contribution and effective contribution. Based on the result of data analysis multiple linear regression equation shows Y=57,492 + 0,081X1 + 0,974X2. The equation shows that the quality of learning is caused by teacher training and level of education. The result that can be taken is: 1)Theteacher training effect on the quality of learning. It’s based on the multiple regression analysis (test t) known that tcalculate> ttablethat is 4,651 > 2,018 with relative contribution 29,70% and effective contribution 13,07%. 2) The level of education effect on the quality of learning. It’s based on the multiple regression analysis (test t) known that tcalculate> ttable, it is 3,161 > 2,018 with relative contribution 70,30% and effective contribution 30,93%. 3) The training teacher and level of education effect on the quality of learning. It’s based on the analysis of multiple linear regression variants (test F)known that Fcalculate> Ftable, it’s 16,531 > 3,22. The coefficient of determination (R2) equal to 0,440 or equal to 44%, while 56% others is effected by other variables that is not examined. Keyword: teacher training, level of education, quality of learning
