Abstract
This research is for describing the endeavoring of teachers in MI Ta’mirul Surakarta. The attention of this research are 1) the empowerment of the teachers in institution; 2) the empowerment of the teachers from theirselves in institution; 3) the impact of the empowerment of teachers in institution. The method of qualitative by ethnography design. The place of the research is in MI Ta’mirul Islam Surakarta. The informat who involved are the headmaster, education consultant, section of infrastruction, the teachers and the religion teachers of MI Ta’mirul Islam Surakarta. The result of the research is to indicate that 1) The capability of the teachers are increase by the work group of teachers, the guidance of technology group, seminar, workshop, coaching and give the opportunity to the teachers to continue their study master. The tools and the infrastructure than can support the activities of learning is written in the planning of the activity and the school’s accumulate in the early year. Give the freedom to the teachers to express their capability in process of learning in spite of other activities. The empowerment of the teachers is evaluated by the value of discipline level. It is looked at by punctuality of the teachers and settle of the duty. All over become the responsibility which given by the institution. 2) The teachers should be active, to be participants of implementation of official duty or out of official duty. The teachers promote their self to be second parents in the school to interest sympathy of the students to enthusiasm in learning. The teachers must be active in the social activities where they’re living. Especially on the spiritual building, both good for the adult people or kids. 3) The impact of empowerment of the teachers in institution and the empowerment of the teachers from theirselves in institution is accelerating of productivity institution. All of the educators can be endeavored and can support the lessons, in order to the program of activity learning is materialized, the efficiency of the personal staff can achieve, furthermore it’s not too much dissipation of budgeting.
