Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance. Analyzing the effect of work stress on employee performance. Analyzing the effect of work conflict on employee performance. Analyze the influence of compensation, work stress, and work conflicts on employee performance. This type of research is a quantitative study with a population of all ICC Indonesia employees, while the sample used is 50 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of the study, the compensation variable has a significant effect on performance. Job stress variables have a significant negative effect on performance. Work conflict variables do not have a significant effect on performance. The results of the F test analysis showed that the value of Fcount> Ftable (10.450> 3.23) and the significant value of 0,000 <( (0.05), this means that known compensation variables, work stress, and work conflicts jointly have an influence on performance .
