Abstract

ABSTRACT DIFFERENCE CONTRACEPTION of OCCURENCE of SPOTTING BLLEDING AMONG USAGE of IUD WITH CYCLOFEM in CLINICS MADIUN 2017. Fathan Mustafid, Anika Candrasari. Faculty of Medicine Muhammadiyah University Surakarta Background : Spotting Bleeding is hemorrhage outside menstruation cycle that happened with un regular, or incident of hemorrhage among menstruation. IUD insersi can cause the increasing of concentration of plasmminogen activators in endometrium, and enzymes causing increasing activity of fibrinolitik and also hinder coagulation of blood. KB Cyclofem also can cause the happening of spotting. This matter is caused by the existence of hormone imbalance so the natural endometrium of change. Aim : This research is aim to analyze difference of occurrence of bleeding spotting among usage of KB IUD with Cyclofem in Madiun City. Method : This Research is analytic observational with sampling technique use sampling purposive. Sample counted 100 sample. using contraception of IUD counted 50 sample and use contraception of cyclofem 50 sampel, up to standard of restriksi criteria. Measuring instrument used questioner. Technique analyze data with Test of chi square. Result : Obtained by value of x2 equal to 6,061 cignificantly , level of significance or of p-values equal to 0,014. Conclusion : There are difference cignificantly of occurence of bleeding spotting to usage of KB IUD with Cyclofem in Madiun City, 2017
