Abstract

The purpose of this study is to: (1) examine the contribution of the first ability, learning facilities, and mathematics communication to student mathematics learning outcomes, (2) examine the contribution of the first ability to student mathematics learning outcomes, (3) examine the contribution of learning facilities to student mathematics learning outcomes, (4) examine the contribution of mathematics communication to student mathematics learning outcomes. This study is a quantitative research. The population of this study is 110 students of SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta. The sample taken by proportional random sampling technique, involved 86 students determined by Slovin formula. The data collection technique is questionnaires, test, and documentation. The data was analyxed using multiple linier regression with α = 5%. The finding showed that, (1) The first ability, learning facilities, and mathematics communication to student mathematics learning outcomes had a positive and significant contribution with R2 = 19,084%, (2) The first ability to student mathematics learning outcomes had a positive and significant contribution with SE%X1 = 11,197%, (3) Learning facilities to student mathematics learning outcomes had a positive and significant contribution with SE%X2 = 4,305%, (4) There is no contribution mathematics communication to student mathematics learning outcomes had a positive and significant contribution with SE%X3 = 3,577%.
