Abstract
This study aims at evaluating: (1) there influence of the learning strategies Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) and Quiz Team on learning outcomes in mathematics, (2) there influence motivation learn students on learning outcomes in mathematics, (3) there interaction between learning strategies Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) and Quiz Team with motivation learn mathematics. Research this use design experiment. The population of this study is students of 8th grade of SMP Batik Surakarta. Two Classes were chosen for the sample of this study by cluster random sampling. The first class was treated using Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) strategy and the second class was treated using Quiz Teamstrategy. Data collection techniques are carried out with use method test, questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used two way analysis of variance with unequal cell. Test the prerequisite of normality and homogeneity. Advanced test using Scheffe'method. Based on the result of the analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) there is the influence of the learning strategies Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) and Quiz Team on learning outcomes in mathematics, (2) there is the influence motivation learn students on learning outcomes in mathematics, (3) there is no interaction between learning strategies Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) and Quiz Team with motivation learn mathematics.
