Abstract

UMKM Goyor Weaving Gloves in Sragen are UMKM that produce products in the form of sarongs woven using traditional tools, namely looms not machines (atbm). The woven sarong products produced require a strategy to make these products continue to be in demand and favored by the general public. The purpose of this study is to design a strategy for developing a cluster of Sragen goyor woven sarongs. The method used in this study is Business Model Canvas(BMC), SWOT, and Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS). The results of this study are in the form of 9 development strategies including the benefits of products that can be worn in daily activities, reduced product prices, improved organizational management, promotion in the form of brochure distribution, marketing through social media (bukalapak), innovation of products other than sarongs, creation of motifs the latest, the latest product labeling, and the moved weaving craftsman training site in the local village.
