Abstract
Discipline is a character that must be possessed by every student. Habitual discipline will provide many benefits for the future. Someone who is accustomed to discipline from an early age will grow to be someone who dares to compete, agile, able to keep up with the times, and has the nature of self-confidence so that it always appears to be a superior person. For this reason, Muhammadiyah 01 Boyolali Vocational School always applies discipline by involving PAI teachers. The type of research used in this study is field research. Data collection methods used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The analytical method used is data collection, data merging, data processing, and conclusions. The research results obtained by researchers are disciplinary strategies can be implemented through several strategies, namely: exemplary strategies, consistent rule-making strategies, compassion strategies, habituation strategies, advisory strategies, reward and punishment strategies. Of the five methods that are most prominent and often used in all activities are habituation strategies, because by getting used to something it will become a routine in everyday life. While the obstacles faced in implementing disciplinary strategies are: lack of teacher attention to student behavior, the influence of bad friends, families who have less discipline since childhood, and a mindset that is less forward looking.
