Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Word of Mouth and Service Quality on the Interest of Consumer Ojek Online, a case study was conducted at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta for students of Go-Jek application users.The sample in this study amounted to 100 students using a questionnaire for data collection. Data analysis techniques use Path Analysis. Social media has a very close relationship with word of mouth and service quality, where the results of the study indicate that word of mouth and service quality have an influence on consumer interest. So that with word of mouth and good service quality certainly gives a good picture of the company's image through social media, consumers will certainly provide good feedback with their interest in using motorcycle taxi online through social media.
