Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of transformational leadership style to the work ethic of employees, (2) the effect of loyalty work against the work ethic of employees, and (3) the effect of transformational leadership style and loyalty to the work ethic of employees working. This study uses a quantitative approach and is associative causal. The population of this study were 200 employees. Data were collected by questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of the study showed that: (1) transformational leadership style significant positive effect on employee work ethic. (2) work loyalty positive effect on employee work ethic. (3) transformational leadership style and work loyalty positive effect on employee work ethic.
