Abstract
This study is entitled "Analysis of employment in SMEs in Central Java". The aim is to examine empirically the number of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), Value of Investment (INV), Turnover (OZT) towards employment in Central Java. The method used in conducting the analysis is the OLS (Ordinary Least Square) regression method. The data used in this research is secondary data. The results of this study have a significant effect is the variable number of Small and Medium Enterprises.
