Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on financial performance. In this study GCG is proxied by the Board of Directors' Size The size of the Board of Commissioners and Audit Committee, and Financial Performance is proxied by ROA. The sample of this study is a food and beverage company that went public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for three years using purposive sampling method, the sample used in this study amounted to 36 samples. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the Board of Commissioners has a significant positive effect on financial performance while the Board of Directors and Audit Committee have a significant negative effect on financial performance.
