Abstract
Educa and educational staff are the most important element in an educational institution.Teachers and education staff are the most urgent element in improving the quality of education.In order to improve the quality of education in Indonesia, a reference is needed namely National Standard Education.The Integrated Islamic School with its distinction also has a National Standard that has been compiled by the Indonesian Islamic Integrated School (JSIT) Network Team by integrating the National Education Standards. The evaluation is needed in order to find out how far the competencies possessed by educators and education personnel. Evaluate by using CIPP models namely Context , Input, Process and Product.This study is aimed to know the implementation of educa and educators standard evaluation with CIPP models in SDIT Insan Mulia ad SDIT Nur Hidayah Surakarta and to know the analysis of strength and weakness of educa and educational standard in SDIT Insan Mulia and SDIT Nur Hidayah Surakarta. Type of this research is quantitative evaluative with CIPP model .Subject of this study consisted of school principals, educators and education personnels.Object of this research was SDIT Nur Hidayah and SDIT Insan Mulia Surakarta .The Data was collected through interviews, questionnaires and documentation .Data analysis techniques in this study are quantitative descriptive. The results showed that (1) the schools had referred to the quality standards compiled by the Indonesian Integrated Islamic School Network (JSIT) in the implementation of their educa and educational staff standard. Based on the SDIT input evaluation Nur Hidayah obtained 86.50%, while SDIT Insan Mulia 79.14%, the results of the evaluation were based on the filling of instruments by educators and education personnels.While the evaluation process can be evaluated based on the learning process carried out by educators.The results of the evaluation process at SDIT Nur Hidayah are 83.00% while in SDIT Insan Mulia 81.00%.Finally, evaluation in the aspect of the product can be evaluated based on the competence of the graduates of each educational institution.Because SDIT Insan Mulia has not graduated students yet (SDIT just come to their fifth year), the researcher took an evaluation based on the value report cards on the second semester of the five grader. The evaluation of product SDIT Nur Hidayah 88.86, while SDIT Insan Mulia 83, 86.
