Abstract
This study aims to examine the relationship between: (1) perceptions of organizational support, perceptions of leadership, and emotional intelligence with the involvement of members of the ranks of police officers at Sukoharjo police station, (2) perceptions of organizational support with the involvement of members of the ranks of police officers at Sukoharjo district police, (3 ) perceptions of leadership with the involvement of members of the ranks of Police Officers at the Sukoharjo District Police Station; (4) emotional intelligence with the involvement of members of the ranks of Police Officers at Sukoharjo District Police Station. The study was conducted by members of the ranks of the Polsek in Sukoharjo District Police with a sample of 146. Research instruments used perceptions of organizational support, perceptions of leadership, emotional intelligence, and work involvement. Data analysis uses regression. Conclusion of the research results: (1) there is a significant relationship between perceptions of organizational support, perceptions of leadership, and emotional intelligence with the involvement of members of the ranks of police officers at Sukoharjo police station (2) Emotional intelligence has the strongest influence on the work involvement of the ranks of the police officers at the Sukoharjo police station compared to perceptions of organizational support and perceptions of leadership.Emotional intelligence has an effect of 33.1%, perceptions of organizational support have an effect of 14.8%, perceptions of leadership have an effect of 6.2%, on the work involvement of police officers in the Sukoharjo police station.
