Abstract

The aims of this research are to observe: 1) To find out the students in allocating learning time and helping parents to work, 2) To describe allocation of learning time of the students of SMK Bhineka Karya 5 Teras, 3) To describe allocation time of helping to work to the students of SMK Bhineka Karya 5 Teras. The type of this reserach is qualitative reserach. The design of research using cultural approach. The research condected in SMK Bhineka Karya 5 Teras Boyolali Regency. The collection of data performed in the natural setting, source of primary data, and the techniques of data collectionis more on participation observation, in the depth interview and documentation. Data has been gained to be analyzed qualitatively and outlined in the form of description. Results of the reserach has show that: 1) many as 16 students show there are 11 students having difficulties to allocate time because of they must to help their parents, then is it also known there are 2 students has no difficulties to study because of they are in boarding school so the learning time has been well schedulled, whre3 students has no feel of learning difficulties because there was no burden to help their parents, 2) Generally, the students are not able to allocate learning time with certainly because of established with the work both of to help their parents or their independent work which is habitually parents, 3) allocation to work helping parents generally more on caried out utilized by informant than allocation to learn. This is not separated from the tasks and responsible to help the family economy.
