Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of price perception, store atmosphere, and service quality on customer loyalty in paparon's pizza solo. The study sample consisted of 100 respondents taken randomly. The method of analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test. Based on the results of the analysis shows that price perception, store atmosphere, and service quality affect customer loyalty in Paparon's pizza solo, while based on R2 test shows that price perception, store atmosphere, and service quality affects customer loyalty by 9.5% and 90.5% is explained by factors or other variables outside the model
