Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance. Test and analyze the influence of work motivation on employee performance. Test and analyze the work environment on employee performance. Population in this research is all employees of PT. Summit Oto Finance, while the sample studied as much as 100 respondents while the sampling technique using purposive sampling. Based on the research results obtained leadership style significant effect on employee performance. Motivation of work has a significant effect on employee performance. Work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. While together variables Leadership style, Work Motivation and Work Environment have a significant effect on employee performance.
